The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the communities help in locating Danial (Danny) M. Rinehart 06-01-1961. Rinehart has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Rinehart’s last known address was in Independence and is possibly in the Cass, Jackson, and Johnson County Missouri area.
