Oklahoma Authorities find human remains in Rinehart case.

On Saturday Feb. 28, 2009 Investigators with the Hughes County Oklahoma Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation conducted a search for human remains in the area where Danial Rinehart and his family had lived. The search was prompted by information obtained by Cass County Detectives. Information revealed that after the death, the victim was transported to Oklahoma and buried. That information along with the burial location of the victim was given to authorities in Henry County Missouri and Hughes County Oklahoma for further investigation. Investigators in Oklahoma stated that during the search on Saturday a plastic tote that contained a wooden box was located. Authorities at the scene discovered what appeared to be human remains in the wooden box.
