Charges Filed in Belton Robbery

Cass Co. – Cass County Prosecutors have charged two 18 year olds from Blue Springs with Robbery in the First Degree and Armed Criminal Action. Daniel R. Smith and Derek R. Decker are both charged with one count each of First Degree Robbery and Armed Criminal Action.
Both are currently being held in the Cass County Jail on a $50,000.00 bond. A third suspect, a juvenile, was released.
