Trustee Receives More Charges

A Cass County trustee that walked away from the Jail Monday morning around 9:15 and captured about 10:30 am has been charged and identified. 27 year old Jeremy Cooper of Belton has been charged with 1st Degree Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Resist / Interfere with Felony Arrest, and Escape from Confinement. His bond has been set at $25,000.00 cash only. His court date has been set for December 2nd at 9:00 am.
