Sheriff’s Office Launches Academy Website

Cass County Sheriff’s Office Regional Training Academy (CCSORTA) Director Craig McMein announced the launch of a new website today. The academy website www.ccsorta.org will contain information on how to join the academy as well as continuing education classes and scheduled training for current certified law enforcement officers.
“Anyone with an interest in becoming a law enforcement officer can go to the site and get information about the academy,” said McMein.
The Sheriff’s Office also produced a short recruiting video that gives a humorous look into the challenges of being a deputy for a day.
